L&J Blanco Tequila
L&J Tequila is made by Lily Camarena, 4th Generation Distiller and Julio Bermejo, Ambassador of Tequila to the USA. 100% Estate grown agave chosen form two designated fields.
Following time honoured traditions, L&J is cooked in stone ovens with the cooked agave crushed with Tahona Stone, the fibres are then fermented in wood with the fibers, the musto is then distilled with the fibers in small copper pot stills and filtered only by paper.
L&J is proudly never filtered over activated charcoal, never oxygenated, never chill filtered.
Set for release in 2017 a Reposed and Anjeo will also join the shelf alongside the Blanco
